One of the best tasting corn on the cob recipes in our cookbooks. Once the corn is ready for harvesting, my family rushes to get them cooking.

  • 6-8 Ears of corn with husks and silk removed
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Stick of salted butter
  1. Fill a large pot about halfway with water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Add milk and butter.
  4. Add corn and reduce heat.
  5. Simmer corn for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Remove corn carefully from hot water.
